C L E A N 

Come with an absolutely clean and moisturized (not oily) face.

R E S T

Sleep and rest is always a good idea.  The night prior to your session with Akua is especially important to plan to have a restful sleep.  Perhaps workout the evening prior, then take a nice bath, sip a bit of sleeping enhancing tea (lavender, valerian, etc.) and wake up fresh.

D R Y

Come with clean hair and minimal product in it. Absolutely no wet hair please. There will not be enough time to allow for drying hair.

S W E A T

MOVE YOUR BODY!
Sweat purges your body of toxins. 
Find a way to sweat in any way you can . . . exercise, steam, sauna, a lil' lovin' ;0).

H Y D R A T E

Especially the week of your session hydrate internally so that your face will be fresh and dewy. We LOVE electrolyte-packed coconut water for intense hydration.
